BUDOCK PARISH COUNCIL

The Parish Council represents the first tier of Local Government, serving the needs of the local community. Residents of Budock Parish can seek advice and guidance on various matters pertaining to the local area. We will endeavour to assist at first hand, or to forward matters to the second or third tier authorities, Kerrier District Council and Cornwall County Council.

   

The Parish Council meets at 7.30pm, on the last Monday of each month, with the exception of August (meeting held on 1st Monday in September) and December (meeting held on last Monday but one). Meetings normally take place in Budock Village Hall, and any member of the public is welcome to attend.

A standard agenda is used for meetings, with additional items as and when required :-

  3.   Declarations of Interest
  4.   To Confirm Minutes of the Previous Meeting
  5.   To report Matters Arising from the Minutes,
      and not on the Agenda

  9.   Planning Applications
  10.   Reports from Committees & Representatives
  11.   Rights of Way Matters
  12.   Finance & Payment of Accounts
  13.   Date & Time of Next Meeting
