PARISH QUESTIONNAIRE
A Consultation Questionnaire was distributed to all households within the council's Annual Report in April 2009.
With the formation of Community Network Areas (CNA’s) within the new Cornwall Council, it was considered important that every local community documented how it saw itself developing over the coming years.
Community plans are likely to be collated within in each CNA, and used as "building blocks" for that creation of an overall plan for each Community Network Area, within Cornwall Council’s overall strategy for the county.
Falmouth & Penryn had already recognised that they needed their own Community Plan, which is currently being developed, with a likely completion date of 30th September 2009. As the central towns within the Falmouth & Penryn Community Network Area, it is likely that their plan will form a central plank of the CNA Plan, albeit influenced and amended by the plans of the surrounding rural parishes.
Budock Parish has not as yet developed its own Parish Plan, so it was felt that there was a danger that the aspirations of our community might not be taken into account.
To assist in the speedy creation of a short statement of the needs of the parish, the Parish Consultation Questionnaire was created.
